Role of the Company
  • Fteme Travel and Tours operates as a tour operator and booking agent on behalf of various independent third-party service providers, including hotels, tour operators, and activity companies.
Limitation of Liability
  • While every reasonable effort is made by Fteme Travel and Tours, its staff, agents, and affiliated suppliers to provide a high level of service, neither the company nor its personnel can be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience to persons or property.
  • By accepting these terms, clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel and agree to indemnify Fteme Travel and Tours from any resulting claims or liabilities.
Booking Confirmation
  • Bookings are only confirmed once both a deposit has been paid and the official booking form has been signed and submitted.
  • Fteme Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed booking if the required deposit and documentation are not received within the stipulated timeframe.
Changes and Cancellations by the Company
  • The company reserves the right to cancel or make changes to any tour, itinerary, travel arrangement, accommodation, or related service at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
  • Fteme Travel and Tours will make reasonable efforts to inform clients of such changes prior to departure but shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
Changes and Cancellations by the Client
  • All client-initiated amendments or cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Administrative charges and/or cancellation fees may apply.
  • If acting as an agent for third-party suppliers, additional cancellation or administrative fees may be charged by those suppliers and will be payable through Fteme Travel and Tours.
On-Route Changes or Cancellations
  • Any alterations or cancellations made during the course of a trip must be communicated directly with Fteme Travel and Tours and confirmed in writing in order to be considered valid.
Cancellation Fee Structure

Cancellation fees are applied as follows :

  • 30 days or more before the scheduled departure: 25% of the total booking value
  • 21 to 29 days before the scheduled departure: 50% of the total booking value
  • 8 to 20 days before the scheduled departure: 75% of the total booking value
  • 7 days or less before the scheduled departure: 100% of the total booking value.
No Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be issued for “no-shows”, unused services, or any unused portion of a trip, whether the service was included in the base package or pre-arranged separately.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
  • Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss or damage to personal property.
